Cool Company Ltd. – Mandatory notification of trade

Golar LNG Ltd., close associate of Mi Hong Yoon, Member of the Board of Cool Company Ltd. (the “Company”), has on 2 November 2022 sold 8,046,154 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 130 per share in connection with the private placement announced by the Company. Following the transaction, Golar LNG Ltd. holds a total of 4,463,846 shares in the Company, equivalent to 8.3% of the Company’s shares.
