The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company"), the property investment and development group, was notified on 31 March 2025 of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company carried out by Robert Ware, Chief Executive, and his spouse, Deborah Ware.

On 31 March 2025 Robert Ware purchased 439,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 32.05 pence per share.

On 31 March 2025 Deborah Ware, sold 380,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 32.0 pence per share.
