In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at 31 December 2021 consisted of 59,638,588 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,638,588.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
