The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that Michael Wigley, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board today.

Robert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar commented:

"Michael joined the Board in October 2003 when the Company floated on AIM. His contribution throughout his tenure has been exemplary and we will miss his wise counsel. The Board would like to thank Michael for his years of service and we wish him well in his retirement."
