Notice of Annual General Meeting

READING, UNITED KINGDOM (15 March 2018) - ConvaTec Group Plc ("ConvaTec" or the "Group"), a leading global medical products and technologies company, has today published on the Group's website its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM").  The Notice of AGM is available at www.convatecgroup.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Notice of AGM will also shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Thursday 10th May 2018 at The Concert Hall, Reading Town Hall, Blagrave Street, Reading RG1 1QH. Full details about the resolutions to be proposed and important information about the meeting are included within the Notice of AGM.
