London, UK, 04 August 2025: Convatec Chief Executive Officer Karim Bitar will be taking a medical leave of absence from the Company.
During this period of absence, Jonny Mason, currently Chief Financial Officer, will become Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Fiona Ryder, currently Group Financial Controller, will become Interim Chief Financial Officer. Jonny and Fiona joined the Company in January 2022.
