The Company has engaged the services of CDSL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members. The detailed procedure for voting through postal ballot or electronic means is enumerated in the Postal Ballot Notice.

The e-voting period will commence on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. The voting instructions are annexed to the postal ballot notice. The Members can opt for only one mode of voting, i.e. either by physical ballot or e-voting. In case Members cast their votes through both the modes, voting done by valid e-voting shall prevail and votes cast through physical Postal Ballot

Notice has been sent to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Monday, February 18, 2019, ('cut-off date') and only these members shall be eligible for e-voting and voting by Postal Ballot. The voting rights of the Members shall be reckoned as on the cut-off date. A person who is not a member as on the cut-off date should treat this notice for information purpose only.
