This is to inform you tha! the Company had received a request on May 08, 2019, from Ms. Nyarra Sabharwal, one of the promoters of the Company, for reclassifying her shareholding in the Company from "Promoter and Promoter Group" category to the "Public" shareholding category and same was intimated to the Exchange on even date.

Subsequently, said request was placed before the Board in its Meeting held on May 16, 201.9 for its recommendation to the Shareholders for its approval and which was approved by the Shareholders in its Meeting held on August 2L,20L9.

Pursuant to aforesaid approval, the Company has sent an application to the Stock Exchange for approving Reclassification of Ms. Nyana Sabharwal from "Promoter and Promoter Group" category to the "Public" shareholding category'
