Control Bionics Limited (ASX: CBL) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Control Bionics Limited (‘CBL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CBL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: CBL LTD (ASX: CBL)
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Control Bionics Limited ( CBL ) requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt with effect from the commencement of trading today.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, CBL advises that:

a) it requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising;
-
b) it requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:
-
(i) the time CBL makes an announcement to the market about the results of the proposed capital raising; and
-
(ii) (ii) the commencement of trading on 15 May 2024; and
-
c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
