NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OFFER AND PRIVATE PLACEMENT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND TIMETABLE UPDATE

Further to the Company’s announcement on 19 September 2024, the Company would like to clarify the approval sought from shareholders for the placement of an additional $1m in new shares (under the same terms as the Offer) and also update the pro-rata no-renounceable rights issue timetable.

1. Placement approval by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM

The placement of additional $1m in new shares will be subject to shareholder approval of additional share issue capacity under Listing Rule 7.1A.

The approval of additional share issue capacity is sought in Resolution 10 of the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting released to the market on 9 September 2024.

2. Updated timetable for the issue of new shares under the pro-rata norenounceable rights issue

The timetable for the issue of new shares under the pro-rata no-renounceable rights issue has been updated to change issue date for New Shares under the Offer to 11 October 2024 from 10 October 2024, whilst the Trading in New Shares on ASX on a normal ("T+2") settlement basis will now begin on 14 October 2024 rather than previously announced 11 October 2024. The revised timetable is provided below for clarity. All other dates remain unchanged.

Lodgement of Appendix 3B and Cleansing Notice for Rights Issue with ASX	19 September 2024
