Appointment of Professor Heard to CBL Board
The Board of Control Bionics Limited welcomes Professor Robert Heard as a new independent non-executive director. Robert is a distinguished medical practitioner and Professor of Neurology who brings a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience to our Board.
Professor Heard replaces Lindsay Phillips, a long-term director of the Company, who is retiring in order to diversify the skill set of the Board and to achieve our goal of having a majority of independent directors.
We take this opportunity to thank Lindsay for his many years of diligent service to the Board and to the Company, and his continued participation as a major shareholder.
