Quarterly dividend update
The Board of ContourGlobal announces that it has approved a quarterly dividend, for the three months ended 30 September 2022, of USD 4.9115 cents per share, equivalent to $32.3 million. This dividend reflects the Group's target of 10% year-on-year dividend growth supported by ContourGlobal's strong and predictable cash flow generation.
The quarterly dividend will be paid on 25 November 2022 to shareholders on the register at 11 November 2022 as follows:
Dividend per share in USD: 4.9115 cents per share
Exchange rate: GB£1 = US$1.1629303
Dividend per share in GBP: 4.2234 pence per share
Ex-dividend date: 10 November 2022
Record date: 11 November 2022
Payment date: 25 November 2022
