Quarterly dividend update

The Board of ContourGlobal announces that it has approved a quarterly dividend, for the three months ended 31 December 2019, of USD 3.6901 cents per share, equivalent to $24.75 million. This dividend reflects the Group's target of 10% year-on-year dividend growth supported by ContourGlobal's strong and predictable cash flow generation.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on 9 April 2020 to shareholders on the register at 27 March 2020.

The April dividend of $24.75 million, will be paid as follows:

Dividend per share in USD: 3.6901 cents per share

Exchange rate: GB£1 = US$1.23255

Dividend per share in GBP: 2.9939 pence per share

Ex-dividend date: 26 March 2020

Record date: 27 March 2020

Payment date: 9 April 2020

It is intended that the timing of the quarterly dividend for the remainder of the year will be as follows.  Payment subject to Board approval.
