ContourGlobal plc

Currency Conversion Rate For Third Quarter 2019 Dividend

Further to the Trading Update released on 5 December, the sterling equivalent of the announced Third Quarter dividend, of 3.6901 US cents per share, will be 2.8047 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of GB£1 = US$1.31570.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on 31 December 2019 to shareholders on the register on 13 December 2019.
