Conversion Rate for Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement of the quarterly update following AGM released on 22 May 2019, the sterling equivalent of the first quarterly dividend of 3.6901 US cents per share will be 2.9163 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of GB£1 = US$1.26533.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on 21 June 2019 to shareholders on the register on 31 May 2019.
