Directorate Change - Resignation of Non-Executive Director

ContourGlobal plc ("ContourGlobal") announces that Ruth Cairnie, Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, has decided to step down from the Board to give her more time to focus on her other commitments following her recent appointment as Chair of Babcock International Group PLC.  Ruth has agreed to continue to serve as a director until 30 September 2019. A selection process for an additional Non-Executive Director has commenced in accordance with UK Corporate Governance Code recommendations.
