Changes to Directors' Responsibilities
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, ContourGlobal is pleased to announce that Ruth Cairnie, independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 February 2018. Ronald Trächsel, independent Non-Executive Director, will stand down as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 February 2018 but will remain Audit Committee Chairman.
