With reference to the captioned subject cited above and pursuant to Reg. 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015) you are hereby intimated that the Board meeting will be held on Saturday, 06.02.2021 at 04:30 PM through Video Conferencing for inter alia, to consider the below mentioned matters;

• A) The Board meeting will be held for inter alia, considering and to take on record the unaudited Quarterly financial results and Limited Review Report for the 03[rd] Quarter ended on 31[st] December, 2020 along with other agendas;

• B) To consider, discuss and approve the appointment of Mr. Puneet Kumar as Chief Financial Officer of the Company;

• C) To take on record Quarterly Compliances for 03[rd] Quarter ended on 31[st] December, 2020;

Further, we would like to inform you that as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the trading window from

01[st] January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. February 08, 2021.
