On May 24, 2013, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Continental AG, Hannover, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 23, 2013 and
on that day amounted to 0.01% (this corresponds to 26268 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 16422 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
