On May 03, 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Schweden has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Continental AG, Hannover, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 27, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 4.89% (this corresponds to 9777188 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.89% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9777188 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SEB AG, Deutschland.
