CONTEXTVISION entering a strategic agreement

STOCKHOLM, Sweden- July 8, 2010 - ContextVision, software imaging

partner for the most recognized medical imaging manufacturers worldwide,

today signed a memorandum of understanding with a fast-growing

manufacturer of a broad range of medical imaging equipment.

The agreement allows ContextVision to broaden the product offerings to

its present customers and thereby increase the market potential for the

company.

Through the agreement, value also will be created for both parties by

integrating ContextVision´s software into the range of the other party's

products.
