ContextVision: Write-down of SharpView debts and shares

STOCKHOLM , Sweden - June 29, 2010 - ContextVision,

software imaging partner for the most recognized

medical imaging manufacturers worldwide, today

announced that the board has decided to write-down

the debts to SharpView equivalent to 4 MSEK (Swedish

Kronor) and shareholdings in SharpView equivalent to

1,2 MSEK. SharpView was a spin-off from ContextVison

in 2007 and listed as an independent company on NGM

(Nordic Growth Market) in Stockholm in 2008 having an

exclusive right to sell ContextVisions GOP based

solutions towards the end-user market. Sales uptake

for SharpViews products has not met the targets which

led to a down-sizing of the company early 2010 and

finally to a decision by the company's board to file

for bankruptcy. The license agreement between

ContextVision and SharpView is immediately terminated

according the terms in the agreement between the

companies.
