ContextVision update on strategic process

ContextVision has previously announced that there is an ongoing process

to evaluate a merger or other strategic opportunity, managed by Nomura

Code Securities, a leading European Healthcare Investment Bank. In the

Company's Q4 2009 report, it was stated that an announcement on the

outcome of this process was expected by the end of first quarter 2010.

ContextVision now wishes to announce that whilst the process is

progressing it will not be able to announce its conclusion by the end of

this month. The Company will make a further announcement as soon as

possible.
