Consti Group Plc: Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act, Chapter
9, Section 10

Consti Group Plc ("Consti") has received an announcement from Intera Fund I Ky
("Intera") on 11 January 2016, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market
Act Chapter 9, Section 10.

According to the announcement, the total number of Consti shares and votes owned
by Intera decreased below fifteen (15) per cent of the share capital of Consti
on 8 January 2016.

Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch ("Danske Bank"), the sole lead manager for the
initial public offering of Consti executed in December 2015, has on 8 January
2016 exercised its over-allotment option granted by Intera by purchasing
568,163 shares in Consti from Intera. Simultaneously, Danske Bank redelivered to
Intera the shares in Consti it borrowed on the basis of a share lending
agreement related to the initial public offering.
