Consti Group Plc ("Consti") has received an announcement from Intera Fund I Ky
("Intera") on 14 June 2016, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act
Chapter 9, Section 10.

According to the announcement, the total number of Consti shares and votes owned
by Intera decreased below ten (10) per cent of the share capital of Consti on
13 June 2016.
