Organising Meeting of the Board of Directors of Consti Group Plc

The Board of Directors elected by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Consti Group Plc today, held its organising meeting and elected Tapio Hakakari as the Chairman of the Board and Erkki Norvio as the Deputy Chairman of the Board. Other board members are Antti Korkeela, Anne Westersund, Petri Rignell and Pekka Salokangas.

The Board of Directors appointed Petri Rignell, Erkki Norvio, Tapio Hakakari and Pekka Salokangas as members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board of Directors has not established other committees.
