Joni Sorsanen appointed CFO of Consti Group Plc

Joni Sorsanen (born 1983), M.Sc. (econ.), has been appointed as Consti Group
Plc's CFO and a member of Management Team. Sorsanen has most recently acted as
Head of Group Project Control at Caverion Corporation and previously as Head of
Investor Relations & Group Controller at Consti Group Plc.

Joni Sorsanen will join Consti 28 March 2018 at the latest and he will report to
Esa Korkeela, CEO of Consti Group Plc.
