Consti Group Plc's CEO Marko Holopainen to leave the company

Consti Group Plc's Board of Directors has decided that Marko Holopainen will
leave the company as the CEO of the company. The Board of Directors of Consti
has appointed CFO Esa Korkeela as Consti Group Plc's interim CEO starting from
26 September 2017. The Board of Directors will commence a recruitment process
for a new CEO.

The Board of Directors of Consti thanks Marko Holopainen for the nine-year
period at the company, first as the CEO of Consti Talotekniikka Ltd and the last
three and a half years as the CEO of the company.
