ENTITLEMENT OFFER – EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE
Constellation Resources Limited (the “ Company ” or “ Constellation ”) refers to its non-renounceable entitlement offer to acquire one (1) new fully paid ordinary share ( New Share ) for every four (4) existing shares held, at an issue price of $0.15 per New Share to raise approximately $2.36 million (before costs) ( Entitlement Offer ), as set out in the offer document lodged with ASX on 15 April 2025.
The Company wishes to advise that the closing date of the Entitlement Offer, has been extended from 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 19 May 2025 until 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 26 May 2025 ( Closing Date ). The Closing Date has been extended to allow eligible shareholders more time to consider the opportunity to take up their entitlements under the Entitlement Offer.
The revised timetable for the Entitlement Offer is set out below:
