RESULTS OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER

Constellation Resources Limited (the “ Company ” or “ Constellation ”) advises that its previously announced non-renounceable pro-rata entitlements offer (“ Entitlement Offer ”) closed on Friday, 4 July 2025 raising gross proceeds of approximately $1.1 million.

The Company received applications for 9,021,887 Shares at an issue price of $0.12 each under the Entitlement Offer. Accordingly, the remaining shortfall (“ Remaining Shortfall ”) from the Entitlement Offer is 11,991,046 Shares totalling approximately $1.4 million. The Directors reserve the right to issue the Remaining Shortfall within three (3) months after the closing date.
