ENTITLEMENT OFFER SHORTFALL
Constellation Resources Limited (the “ Company ” or “ Constellation ”) is pleased to announce that it has issued 8,333,337 shares under the previously announced shortfall offer ( Shortfall Offer ) at an issue price of $0.12 per share to raise proceeds of $1,000,000.
In accordance with the terms of the Shortfall Offer, the Directors have exercised their discretion to offer the shortfall securities to existing shareholders and nominated parties.
With the shortfall now placed, the Company is in a strong financial position to continue exploration activities at its projects in Western Australia.
