RELEASE OF ESCROW SECURITIES

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Constellation Resources Limited (“the Company” or “Constellation”) advises that the following securities will be released from escrow on 30 July 2020.

300,000	Unquoted Incentive Options(A$0.25;expiring9 April 2021)
300,000	Unquoted Incentive Options(A$0.30;expiring9 October 2021)

Quotation will be sought for the 3,000,000 options, exercisable at A$0.20 expiring 31 July 2021.
