DATE OF AGM & CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Constellation Resources Limited (“the Company” or “Constellation”) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 19 November 2024.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with clause 7.2 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Tuesday, 1 October 2024.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.
