Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended (SEBI Listing Regulations)

Further to our intimations dated February 18, 2025, February 22, 2025 and February 28, 2025, regarding the issuance of equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 2/- each (“ Equity Shares ”) on preferential basis and in accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has executed a share subscription agreement (“ Agreement ”) with Systematic Conscom Limited (“ Proposed Allottee ”) dated March 24, 2025, for the issuance and allotment of 2,85,71,436 (Two Crore Eighty-Five Lakhs Seventy-One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six) Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 17.50 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 50,00,00,130/(Rupees Fifty Crore One Hundred Thirty only) to the Proposed Allottee , for cash, on a preferential basis, in compliance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and other applicable laws.

The details in this regard pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated Nov 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.

Name(s) of parties between whom the Agreement is entered	The Share Subscription Agreement dated March 24, 2025 (“Agreement”) is entered between Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (“Company”) and Systematic Conscom Limited (“Proposed Allottee”).
Purpose of entering into the Agreement	To record the terms and conditions for issuance and allotment of 2,85,71,436 (Two Crore Eighty- Five Lakhs Seventy-One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six) Equity Shares to the Proposed Allottee.
