Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Mani (DIN: 02577983) has resigned from the position of the "Non-Executive Independent Director" of the Company with effect from yesterday, i.e., June 23, 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his term as the Director of the Company.
