Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Cluff Natural Resources Plc, the AIM quoted natural resources investing company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 are now available to download from the Company's website at www.cluffnaturalresources.com and will today be posted to shareholders.

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions that have been imposed by the UK Government, the Company is currently working with its advisers to establish how best to convene its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Once an arrangement is confirmed, the Company will make an announcement and post to shareholders a formal Notice of AGM and corresponding Proxy voting forms.
