Dear Kate Kidson,

Request for a Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Connexion Media Limited ( Connexion ) requests a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX code: CXZ) and in its options (ASX code: CXZO) from the commencement of trading on 12 February 2016.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that the trading halt is requested pending the release of information regarding a Capital Raising.

Connexion wishes the trading halt to remain in place until earlier of such time as it makes the announcement regarding the capital raising or the commencement of trading on 16 February 2016.

Connexion is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
