Company Update
Proposed Acquisition
ECSI Limited (ASX:ECS) is pleased to announce that the Company has received the final copy of the share sale agreements. The board have reviewed the agreements and approved them for the proposed acquisition announced on 27 January 2012.
ECS will be sending the agreements to the relevant parties on 10 May 2012. The Company anticipates the execution of the agreements to be completed by 14 May 2012.
The board is continuing to review the Notice of Meeting (NOM) and Independent Experts Report (IER) and we anticipate finalising them by no later than 14 May 2012.
The Company as announced on 9 May 2012 anticipate dispatching the NOM and IER to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) by 18 May 2012.
