TRADING HALT

The securities of Connexion Media Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 13 April 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Kate Kidson,

Request for a Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Connexion Media Limited ( Connexion ) requests a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX code: CXZ) and in its options (ASX code: CXZO) with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that the trading halt is requested pending a material announcement by Connexion in relation to a Capital Raising

(“ Capital Raising ”).

Connexion wishes the trading halt to remain in place until earlier of such time as it makes the announcement regarding the contract or the commencement of trading on 13 April 2016.

Connexion is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
