CONNEXION MEDIA LIMITED SIGN CORPORATE MANDATE

Connexion Media Limited (ASX:CXZ) ( Connexion ) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Corporate Services Mandate (“Agreement”) with Raven Investment Holdings Pty Ltd (“Raven”).

Raven will provide to Connexion two form of services under the agreement.

1. Raven will provide corporate advisory and capital market services including but not limited to,

   • (a) Coordinating roadshows in Australia and Asia

   • (b) Handling ASX market related investor relations enquiries for Connexion and prospective investors

   • (c) Assisting in appointing and engaging other investor promotions groups, promoting the investment to potential investors and other marketing initiatives

   • (d) Organizing presentations to investors and briefings Connexion on the various investors and outcomes of those presentations

   • (e) Providing market updates and research insights

2. Underwriting of Rights Issue of Connexion Options

   • (a) Raven will assist and advice of the upcoming rights issue of options in Connnexion

   • (b) Raven will underwrite the entire shortfall of the option entitlement issue

About Raven Investment Holdings Pty Ltd

Mr. Brendan Fogarty of Phillip Capital Australia commenced a sole investment advisory position under corporate entity Raven Investment Holdings Pty Ltd (“Raven”). Mr. Fogarty has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He started in 1999 at Prudential in London, and has since been involved in ASX equities markets with State One Stockbroking, Alto Capital and now Phillip Capital.

His current role as Senior Private Wealth Advisor at Phillip Capital primarily focus on corporate capital raisings in the form of ASX IPO listings, venture capital, equity placements and general corporate advice in listed ASX companies.

Mr. Fogarty has also attained strong experience in ASX related corporate advice, capital raising, investor relations and general business strategy. Mr. Fogarty has contributed to various media publications in the investment sector, including the Sunday Herald Sun newspaper and www.thebull.com.au investor website.

Fee and Term

Raven will be paid by an issue of 2,500,000 ordinary shares for the corporate services to be provided to Connexion. The term of the agreement will be for 12 months.

Raven on the successful completion of the rights issue will be issued a further 2,500,000 ordinary shares in Connexion.
