ECSI Limited (ECS) - Request for a trading halt

Under Listing Rule 17.1, ECS requests that the ASX grants a trading halt of its securities effective immediately, pending a release of an announcement in relation to funding.

ECS requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of ECS making the announcement and the close of trading on 3 August 2012.

ECS confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
