ECSI Limited Market update

ECSI Limited is currently in negotiations with two parties to raise additional funds to provide working capital to advance the existing China security and to enable the re‐quotation of the securities on the ASX. The Directors have pursued a continuation of the existing China Security business as they believe this will maximise shareholder value and minimise dilution when new funds are introduced.

The Board will continue to update the market as negotiations progress.
