ECSI Limited Market update

In the last 3 months ECSI Limited has negotiated with a number of parties with the intension of raising additional funds to provide working capital. Also the Directors are looking to provide funding for the existing China security business. The director’s believe that by achieving these two objectives the Company will be able to seek the re‐quotation of the securities on the ASX.

The Board will continue to update the market as negotiations progress.
