CXZ Company Secretary Changes

Melbourne Australia: Connexion Telematics Ltd (“CXZ”, “Connexion” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Peter Torre, the Company Secretary has resigned from the Company effective as of 1 December 2021 due to other increased work commitments.

Peter has been instrumental in the restructure of the Company during his tenure as Company Secretary, and previously as Director. The Board thanks Mr Torre for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to advise, Mr Ben Stanyer, the current Group Financial Controller has been appointed as Company Secretary.

The Board looks forward to Ben’s contribution as the Company Secretary in addition to his ongoing role as Group Financial Controller.

Peter will be working alongside Ben during a handover period to facilitate a smooth transition in the role.
