RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES

Class A Performance Shares convert on a 1:1 basis on the Company and its subsidiaries achieving aggregated gross revenue of $15,000,000 in any of the years ending on 31 December 2016, 2017 or 2018. Class B Performance Shares convert on a 1:1 basis on the Company and its subsidiaries achieving aggregated gross revenue of $25,000,000 in any of the years ending on 31 December 2016, 2017 or 2018.
