G8 COMMUNICATIONS SIGNS DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT WITH HILLS LIMITED (ASX: HIL)

HIGHLIGHTS

• First confirmed relationship in Australia for the G8 product range.

• Distributor Agreement signed with Australia’s largest security technology provider.

• Potential for significant early orders into Australian “IOT” market.

G8 Communications (“G8C”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive Distributor Agreement (“Agreement”) with Hills Limited (ASX: HIL) (“Hills”). The Agreement with Hills is the first distributor agreement executed by G8C outside of North America and aligns with G8C’s strategy to roll out both its existing and next generation machine-tomachine (“M2M”) products and cloud managed platform globally.

Hills is an Australian publicly listed company which operates a business as a distributor of integrated technology and communications solutions. Hills’ business, now 70 years old, is focused on the security, audio visual and communications sectors, all of which compliment the G8C product range and its M2M connectivity and cloud managed solutions.

As at May 2016 Hills has 673 employees across 26 branches in Australia and New Zealand.

Key terms of the Agreement include the following:

• Hills will be an exclusive distributor of certain G8C products (“Products”) within Australia and New Zealand;

• Hills will pursue sales of G8C’s Products through its dedicated and highly trained sales team, the largest of its kind in Australia and New Zealand.

The Products to be marketed under the Agreement include, but are not limited to:

• Machine Connect LT1000 tri-band 2G/3G/4G and Machine Connect 4G LTE modem- connectivity and communication device for drones, robotics, digital signage, connected health, vending, security, surveillance, energy management, light control, law enforcement and others.

• ER1000T – EU Emu Router – Cloud managed industrial grade router for connecting M2M devices to the internet such as surveillance cameras, in-vehicle surveillance cameras, light control, home automation, security and access control and energy management.

• EM1000T – Emu Modem – easy to use light weight industrial grade modems for use in vending machines POS terminals, kiosks and digital signs.

• CIO Live Eye 1000 - 3G/4G Live Streaming Video Camera – ideal for law enforcement, emergency services and security monitoring industries in Australia.
