RECEIVES NORTH AMERICAN PURCHASE ORDER PLUS FIRST RECURRING CLOUD BASED MANAGEMENT FEES.**

• -­ Initial Purchase Order received for USD$250,000 from Economizer Pro North America.

• -­ In addition to confirmed product orders, G8C’s first monthly recurring data management fees ordered by Economizer Pro on 1000+ devices.

• -­ Product to be used to collect data via electronic monitors in heating and cooling systems in restaurants, grocery stores, and medical facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

• -­ Economizer Pro has successfully leveraged Canadian government programs to gain a strong foothold in the electronic monitors emerging market, and recently became the first product of its kind to be granted the advantage of Title 24 Certification by the California Energy Commission.

• -­ Economizer Pro represents another unanticipated vertical from which the company will derive revenue and illustrates the broad scale and application of the Connected IO technology

The Board of G8 Communications Limited (“G8C”) is pleased to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary Connected IO has received a Purchase Order from US based company Economizer Pro for USD$250,000 plus recurring monthly data management fees.

Further to the market announcement on 1 September 2016, G8C confirm Economizer Pro’s order of the Cloud Based management product will be the first recurring revenue line for the company.

Economizer Pro is a San Francisco based technology development company specialized in developing a new generation of electronic monitors which help to maximize the efficiency of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) equipment.

The data collected ensures efficient and cost effective operation whilst monitoring and controlling constantly functioning machines.

The addressable market for Economizer Pro products throughout North America will be in the vicinity of hundreds of thousands of units to be installed in existing machinery in restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy franchises. G8C’s initial rollout to Economizer Pro will begin later this month with integration into thousands of related businesses expected during 2017. The associated recurring monthly data management fees are expected to commence and grow in line with the proposed rollout.

Economizer Pro CEO Janet Peterson stated that “Connected IO’s dependable solutions will increase efficiencies of operation and help to dramatically reduce the time and expense of installation resulting in significantly lower up-­‐‑front costs.”

In addition to this, Economizer Pro’s Building Scientist Jeff Aalfs said “Deploying Connected IO products has allowed us to focus on our core competency while Connected IO products optimize our local and cellular communications performance”

G8C is forecasting additional unit sales to Economizer Pro of several thousand throughout 2017 along with an equal number of monthly data subscriptions that will provide incremental recurring revenue to G8C in subsequent years.
