Company Update Regarding Suspension

COMPANY INFORMATION

I refer to the request by Leopard Resources Ltd (ASX: LRR) (Company) on 6 July 2015 for a trading halt of its securities, and to the Company’s announcements on 8, 9, 13 and 14 July 2015.

The Company expects to be in a position to make said announcement imminently, and requests that the suspension be extended until the earlier of the announcement regarding a proposed acquisition and capital raising and the commencement of trading on Monday 20 July.

The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
