LEOPARD RESOURCES NL (ACN 009 076 233) FORFEITED SHARES AUCTION UPDATE

On 9 September 2015, the Company made a call of $0.20 per share on its 4,000,000 quoted partly paid shares ( Call ), payable at 5pm (AWST) on or before 6 October 2015.

The Call remained unpaid at the end of 14 days after it became payable.

The 4,000,000 partly paid shares subject to the Call were subsequently forfeited in accordance with section 254Q of the Corporations Act ( Forfeited Partly Paid Shares ).

The Company advises that no funds were received by 10 November 2015 to redeem any of the 4,000,000 ordinary partly paid shares. A public auction of up to 4,000,000 forfeited ordinary partly-paid shares in the capital of the Company, credited as fully paid up to $1.00 per share, will be held at 11:30 a.m. (WST) today at the venue shown below. Results of the auction will be announced pursuant to Listing rule 3.12.
