Leopard Resources NL Current Issued Capital

On 16 January 2013 the Company released an Appendix 3b containing errors in section 8 (quoted securities), and in section 9 (unquoted options). This announcement is to clarify the correct issued capital.

Due to administrative error the Appendix 3b showed;

Section 8 - Securities quoted on ASX

The Fully paid shares showed an incorrect number of 557,004,629. The correct number of Fully paid shares on issue is 562,309,628. The Partly Paid shares showed an incorrect number of 5,300,000. The correct number of Partly paid shares on issue is 4,000,000 (see terms below).

Section 9 - Securities not quoted on ASX

4 classes of options were shown instead of 3. The errant items were;

LRRAK 40,000,000 options with an exercise price of 20 cents expiring 28/02/2014 LRRAM 11,750,000 options with an exercise price of 50 cents expiring 31/12/2013

LRRAM showed an incorrect exercise price and an incorrect expiry date. LRRAM in fact has identical terms to LRRAK, and should not have formed a separate class. In the clarified position below, the option class LRRAM will be merged with the LRRAK class, and they will be regarded as LRRAK options.
